Let’s Work Out!
Hello, all Nara Area2 TEACHERS.These days are already opened for new semester for most school. We are now quite busy and I bet some schools are facing with the assessment. I think big tasks may make you get stressed easily and forget taking care of your health and also taking exercise. In fact, everyone knows well how exercise does help our health, but it is ignored with big tasks. We have to change our bio-clock and put exercise to be one of our life program lists. Scientific research has shown that people who exercise regularly are healthier physically and mentally, have more energy, think more clearly, and sleep better. Engaging in the habit of regular exercise has also been found to improve your mood, decrease anxiety, decrease the effects of stress and raise self-confidence. Exercise and physical activity are good for just about everyone, including older adults. No matter your health and physical abilities, you can gain a lot by staying active. And the benefits of exercise are yours for the taking. Check out these five ways that exercise can improve your life.
1. Exercise controls weight.
2. Exercise combats health conditions and diseases.
3. Exercise improves mood.
4. Exercise boosts energy.
5. Exercise promotes better sleep.

The key word in all these benefits is YOU — how fit and active you are now and how much effort you put into being active. To gain the most benefits and to be sure to eat a healthy food, too!
